Telephone Support: Whilst your computer is under a warranty or maintenance agreement telephone support is free of charge. Out of warranty help is available but is chargeable. Remote Access Support: We can provide remote access support using remote access management software TightVNC or using Windows XP built in support module. We can take control of the users PC and resolve most issues by changing or adjusting settings. On-site Support: If a problem is unable to be resolved remotely an Engineer on site will be required.
