IT Support
Telephone Support:
Whilst your computer is under a warranty or maintenance agreement telephone support is free of charge. Out of warranty help is available but is chargeable.
Remote Access Support:
We can provide remote access support using remote access management software TightVNC or using Windows XP built in support module. We can take control of the users PC and resolve most issues by changing or adjusting settings.
On-site Support:
If a problem is unable to be resolved remotely an Engineer on site will be required. This is mainly for hardware failures which can not be done remotely.
Maintenance:
Preventative maintenance is always the best option and can normally prevent major upset when something goes wrong. By providing frequent health checks this can ensure systems are functioning fully and to their best.
Audit Report:
It is recommended before a system is taken onto support an independent consultant assesses the local infrastructure and checks the existing systems. He will then provide an Audit Report which will include his recommendations. This will detail any security vulnerabilities you may have or systems which should be replaced.
